Learning Facilitators will be responsible for leading high-quality and connected learning experiences with children and collaborating with the other staff in a classroom environment for the Big Lift Summer Program. Learning Facilitators will establish and maintain an environment that embraces the growth mindset, actively facilitate open-ended, child directed projects, and look for every opportunity to embrace and incorporate youth creativity.
